A Christian retreat and healing centre set in a large 19th century hunting lodge win six acres of gardens and woodlands. The Acorn Christian Foundation exists as a retreat centre with a programme for individuals and groups and as a teaching resource on Christian healing and medicine to churches and society at large. There is an extensive programme of teaching, training and retreats. Typical themes are Deeper Healing Day, Renewing the Church, Body & Soul, Christ, Stress & Glory, Family Dynamics, Beginning a Healing Ministry in the Church, Bible Retreat, Myers Briggs Weekend, Ignatian Weekend and Angels Miracles. The chapel is especially attractive with much light and seating arrangements around the alter. Open Day every Tuesday. Healing Service at 11.30 AM. Quiet Days during every month. Spiritual Help: Personal talks, spiritual direction (with chaplain if available), healing services. Chapel for prayer and contemplation. 

Guests Admitted to: Unrestricted access. Chapel. 

Meals: Everyone eats together in refectory. Traditional food. Vegetarians and special diets.

Charges: Various rates ranging from £16 running upwards to about £210 but the usual range is about £110 to £160.
